В ходе 5-дневного официального визита в период (30.09.23 – 05.10.23) делегации IBIC в головной офис JTA Investment Holding в столице Катара Дохе был достигнут ряд договоренностей:
1. Подписан важный документ (Соглашение акционеров) совместного предприятия JTA TT;
2. Было решено реализовать 4 инвестиционных проекта: проект социальных инвестиций «Муслим», Проект жилого комплекса «Сулейман», Проект Исламского банка инвестиций и туризма «ИБИТ «Иман» и проект (Туристско-оздоровительный комплекс «Кочевник»). ») через холдинг JTA T&T;
3. Согласовано, что первый этап проекта «Мусульманин» и «Сулейман» должен предусматривать строительство 125 четырехэтажных домов в городах Ош и Бишкек.
4. Достигнута договоренность о совместном проведении Второго исламского бизнес-инвестиционного форума «IBIF-2024» с 4 по 5 марта 2024 года;
Обе стороны также обсудили перспективы и возможности двусторонних отношений в сотрудничестве на благо всех.
In the Qatari capital, Doha, a number of agreements were reached
During the 5-day official visit in the period (30/09/23 - 10/05/23) of the IBIC delegation to the head office of JTA Investment Holding in the Qatari capital, Doha, a number of agreements were reached:
1. An important document (Shareholders Agreement) of the joint venture company JTA TT was signed;
2. It was agreed to progress 4 investment projects: the social investment project “Muslim” , Residential complex project “Sulaiman”, The project of Islamic Bank for Investment and Tourism “IBIT “Iman” and the project (Tourism and Health Complex “Nomad”) through JTA TT holding;
3. It was agreed to the first phase of the “Muslim” and “Suleiman” project should involve the construction of 125 four-storey buildings in the cities of Osh and Bishkek.
4. An agreement was reached to jointly hold the Second Islamic Business and Investment Forum “IBIF - 2024” from 4 to 5 March 2024;
