IBIC Corporation, with the help of investors and with the support of government agencies of Central Asian countries, is preparing to implement more than 50 large projects that comply with Islamic principles until 2030.

SOCIAL INVESTMENT PROJECT
«MUSLIM»
The Muslim SIP project is aimed at creating conditions for the purchase of cars, special equipment and affordable housing in accordance with Sharia standards for 150,000 citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic. In addition, MUSLIM will be the backbone for business projects that will create 15,000 jobs in the regions of the Kyrgyz Republic.

«BGR ECO–TECNOLOGY»
The "BGR ECO-TECNOLOGY" project is aimed at creating a modern waste processing complex that meets all safety requirements for the environment and ecology. As a result, the project will solve the problem of garbage accumulation, which is relevant for many regions, and contribute to the improvement of the environmental situation.

«EASPAYE»
The project of the Central Asian Trade, Exhibition and Logistics Center (CATVLC) Espaye is aimed at creating a large-scale complex near Bishkek, which will consist of a hotel, a water park, a hypermarket, logistics facilities and a residential town.

«TIJARAT»
The Tijarat project is aimed at creating small and medium-sized businesses operating in all regions of Kyrgyzstan according to Islamic principles with a profitability of at least 30%.

CENTRAL ASIAN CERTIFICATION CENTER «HALAL»
The project is aimed at creating a Halal center in the Kyrgyz Republic for certification of products, goods, services and companies operating on modern technologies and in full compliance with Sharia principles.

«SOURCES OF IMAN»
The “Sources of Iman” project is aimed at creating special points of spiritual attraction in the regions of Kyrgyzstan, each of which consists of a Mosque and a regional House of Charity.

«AT-TASYL»
The At-Tasyl project is aimed at creating a Center for Socialization, Rehabilitation and Education for young people who are overcoming difficulties in integrating into society (those who come from orphanages). The total coverage is more than 1,000 people per year.

«SOURCES OF MERCY»
The Sources of Mercy project is aimed at systematizing and creating effective mechanisms for providing charitable assistance to the poor in the regions of Kyrgyzstan.

TRADE - EXHIBITION AND LOGISTICS CENTER «YNTYMAK»
The Yntymak TVLC project is aimed at the construction of the Central Asian Trade, Exhibition and Logistics Center (TVLC) with a hotel and a business center in the Batken region.

PROJECT «SOCIAL PEOPLE'S HOUSING» (SPH)
The project "Social People's Housing" (SHC) is aimed at building socially significant housing and creating conditions for transferring it according to Islamic principles to 8,000 families (25,000 citizens) throughout Kyrgyzstan in personal ownership (interest-free financing).

ISLAMIC INVESTMENT BANK
«IMAN»
The project to create the first Islamic bank "Iman" in the Kyrgyz Republic is one of the important steps towards the development of the country's economy and financial system. The main purpose of the creation of the bank "Iman" is to provide an opportunity for citizens of Kyrgyzstan to receive financial services that comply with the principles of Islamic law.

IMA SOCIAL PROJECT «IMAN»
The IMA project "Iman" implies the creation of a center of communication and information support for citizens of Central Asian countries striving for spiritual development, understanding, acceptance and application of the principles of Islam in everyday life. The main goal of the project is information support for the socio-economic and spiritual development of citizens and a contribution to the development of society in accordance with Islamic principles.

TOURIST AND HEALTH COMPLEX «NOMAD»
The project is aimed at the construction, equipping, launching and further operation of the NOMAD tourist and recreation complex, which consists of seven guest complexes around Issyk-Kul Lake. The total coverage of vacationers is more than 70,000 people a year.

«FRESH BREEZE»
The project aims to build and launch the first pilot wind farm in the Kyrgyz Republic, which will be an important step towards diversifying and ensuring the sustainability of the country's energy system. The power plant will be equipped with modern equipment and technologies capable of generating a total capacity of 150 MW, which will satisfy the energy needs of Kyrgyzstan.

INTERNATIONAL
SOCIO-ECOLOGICAL PROJECT «Green Gifts»
The project called "Green Gifts" aims to plant greenery in areas with a total area of 1,000 hectares. As part of this project, it is planned to plant more than 1,155,000 paulownia trees in Kyrgyzstan, as well as in one of the cities of the Middle East country, which is the investor country. This will improve the ecological situation in these regions, increase green areas and create favorable conditions for the life of residents.

INVESTMENT PROJECT «FOOD SECURITY FOR ALL»
The "Food Security for All" project is aimed at creating and developing a system of collective mutual integration in the agro-food sector and mutual assistance for the countries of the Middle East, North Africa and Central Asia. The project seeks to improve the food security ratio in these regions, where it currently stands at 40-45%, while in the EAEU this ratio is over 90%. To solve the problem of shortage of certain products in various countries, inter-regional integration and mutual investment in the agro-food sector is proposed.

PROJECT «EL ECO»
The EL ECO project is aimed at solving the problem of climate change through the transition of vehicles to electric motors. By 2030, it is planned to implement a plan that will result in about 85% of vehicles being electric cars.
The project is interesting on a national scale - the government of Kyrgyzstan will pay close attention to the development of electric mobility infrastructure, which will bring positive climate change and income to the republic's budget. Estimated government spending on subsidies will be about US$167 million by 2030, including a US$22 million cost subsidy for electricity. At least 300 charging stations will be installed, some of which can be implemented through PPPs (private companies).

ISK TAKAFUL PROJECT
The Takaful project is the first Islamic insurance company in the Central Asian region. The initiative is based on Islamic principles and is focused on helping citizens reduce their costs and risks. The organizational models of Islamic insurance include the Waqala and Mudaraba agreement forms where members can manage a takaful fund.
Islamic insurance differs from commercial insurance in that the fund is formed from the contributions of the participants, and profits and losses are distributed among them in proportion to their contributions, and also promotes social equality, mutual cooperation and solidarity. In the event of a shortage of funds to pay insurance compensation, additional contributions from participants cover this shortage, which is consistent with the principles of Islamic law.

INTERNATIONAL PROJECT
«WORLD NOMAD CONGRESS»
The project is aimed at uniting representatives of nomadic civilization, creating conditions for comprehensive cooperation between peoples and countries related to nomadic culture. However, they face the threat of losing their cultural identity and assimilation due to problems with the use of territories, since in land use rights they can hardly compete with settled neighbors. This includes cooperation in various areas of life, such as the economy, management, social security, education, science, technology and others. The goal of the project is to unite nomadic peoples to promote peace and development.

INVESTMENT PROJECT NETWORK OF MODERN BUSINESS CENTERS IN CENTRAL ASIA
Investment project "NBC SA" - a network of modern business centers in Central Asia. The project includes the construction of 16 class "A" buildings in four countries: Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan and Tajikistan. This is a reaction to a sharp increase in demand for office space in the region, which over the past 2 years has exceeded supply in the real estate market. The share of offers for the sale of office space in Kyrgyzstan, for example, increased from 9% in 2015 to 23% in 2022 and is expected to reach 28% in 2023. The project represents a promising opportunity for investors in the emerging region of Central Asia.
